Patrick was born in Oakland, California, moved to Pozzuoli, Italy at age 1,

& then moved to Baltimore, Maryland  where he spent the majority of his

childhood & teenage years.   Patrick's  family & friends are mainly from the

Baltimore & D.C. area. 

Patrick graduated from McDonogh middle & high school in Owings Mills, MD

Patrick attended the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)

in Providence, Rhode Island where he tweaked his skills

in graphic & industrial design as well as marketing. 

The skills Patrick acquired at RISD are instrumental in fabricating

his note-worthy advertising campaigns for ALL of his listings.              

Patrick took additional classes at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA)

for graphic design as well as Photoshop and Autocad design.   

Patrick is a native of  Columbia, Maryland & sells homes throughout Maryland.
