   I love these three-level traditional Burtonsville Town-houses.  I am a master home seller in the Valley Stream Estates area of Burtonsville area.  In a nine month period of time , I sold 3 houses all within 100 yards of eachother.  This was one of them. 

    Although three contracts fell through on the buyers' sides, we finally got this one sold quickly.
