   It was a true pleasure to work with my client for this home search.  She is a young woman and she just grabbed her first home ... a 4 br and 3 full bath first home! It is sturdy, young and in a picturesque location that could be right in the heart of the country.  At one time , this home was run as a daycare, and hence did not show all that well.  We saw past this and put the home under contract right away...not even 24 hours on the market.  Another ace-in-the-hole!
