'The Blue House'

     My client was relocating to New York, and had to sell this unique home.  She did not want to give up this exquisite example of a Glen Burnie town home.

      Upon entry, I could see why she didn't want to go!  She choose a dramatic and warm color pallette for her interrior paint schemes.  This was a strong and bold way to market a home, but it sure did work.  The colors turned out well in our digital tour of the home.  The home was cared for...well! The decor was flawless.

      She was under a time constraint, and needed to sell the house quickly.  We turned up the juice and it sold in 10 days, a verry quick time in that particular area.  It was a joy to work with this particular client and I lookforward to hearing from her in the future!
