'A Bar in the Basement'

     My clients purchased this home over a year ago.  I admire this family greatly.

     The husband and wife were in their early to mid twenties when they bought this house.  Both were born in South America, gained United States citizenship, and worked their way up to OWNING their own home.  I am very proud of them. 

    This home is deceptively large.  The investor who sold the home did MAJOR renovations in the kitchen and lower bathroom.  The rooms are large, just like the half acre the home is planted on.  A great buy.
