'The Country Porch'

     One look at the unique, full-length, covered front porch and I knew we had to make this a focus in our advertising. 

     Right away, I took the interrior pictures and on our first open house we had a tremendous outcome.  My client followed my advice and placed a white table and a rocking chair on the front porch.  This was the first thing people noticed; they loved it. 

      The home owner bought the home new in 1988, and was a meticulous homemaker.  The rewards of her years of hard work payed off in a big way.  If it wasn't in such pristine condition, she would have had to invest at LEAST $10,000 in upgrades just to have it sell.

     We had several offers on this wonderful townhome and it sold within two weeks after we put it on the market.
