The best looking interrior I ever listed!

   This was one of the most well cared for homes I have ever put on the market.  Like all of my listings, I held it open every Sunday untill it sold, which in this case was only NINE DAYS.  The second open house yeilded a buying frenzy!

     One of the buyers wanted the home so badly, she literally called her agent on his cell phone at least 20 times and left him MANY aggressive messages to the effect of, ' GET ME THIS HOUSE!'  The agent came over right away (FROM CHURCH) and wrote an offer.   The woman met the agent at the front door where she was literally preventing others from comming in to view the house. They were one of 4 offers!!!

     The interrior was so luxurious and keenly decorated, that yet another buyer offered my client $5,000 mo than he origionally bid if he could keep the living room furniture. Jeeze!

     To this day, my client and I remain great friends and I can't wait to work with her again.
