'The Charmer'

This home had one of the most impressive basements I had ever seen.  the Fireplace was constructed out of slate rock and had pine board inlays with recessed lighting and a Serwin Vega surround sound system that shook the entire home.  The proir owner was an electrician. 

 The home inspector could not beleive the homes electrical system.  ' this home has a commercial grade wiring system' , he said, 'it's one of the best I've ever seen.'  An unassuming facade masks a brilliant home.
