After 30 - 45 minutes of Photoshopping...

The neighborhood has a whole new outlook.  I have brightened the reflections, colors and vegitation.  I also crealted an artifical , digital sky, as well as a certain amount of atmospheric distortion to simulate depth; 'transporting' the viewer to the actual location!  I also took the liberty of brightening up and homogenizing the sidewalk.  A bright clean sidewalk makes it seem warm and inviting. 

   The buyer may not have liked the origional photo and might have looked past your listing.  After my photoshopping, they will most likely take a second or third look!  By this time, they are 'in the running.' They have asked their Realtor to see you home as soon as possible.  Get ready for an offer!
